How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Common turnaround time for insurance claim processing is 30-45 business days. This period may be prolonged if there is critical information requested from the insurance company in order to process the claim.



Why am I getting bills from physicians?

​As a consulting group for Behavioral Health, our providers see patients after a request is made by the primary care provider in the rnursing homes and rehabilitation facilities. It is important that you, as a patient, are aware and informed which insurance covers for Mental Health. If you receive a statement from MEDICAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES P.C., the amount owed may be due to a copay, deductible or patient responsibility for no coverage.



I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount?​
